Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of this website and any account you create on it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. Our apps are also governed by the terms of the store you downloaded them from, such as Apple's App Store terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on this website.

Your Account
Keep your password safe and don't share it. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us right away.

Acceptable Use
Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, send spam or abusive messages through our forms, try to access other people's accounts, or interfere with the site's operation.

Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime from Billing. Access continues until the end of the current period.
- Refunds: if you were charged in error, request a refund from the Billing page or contact us and we'll review it.
- Price changes: we'll give at least 30 days' notice.
Purchases made inside our apps are handled by the app store, under its own refund rules.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep them reliable, but we can't promise they will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.

Changes to These Terms
If we make material changes, we will email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
