No. Our apps work on their own, with no sign-up. An account on this site is optional and only lets you follow your support messages and manage newsletter emails.

Please do. Send it through the app's support page or the Contact page. Many of our features started as a parent's suggestion.
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Sign in, open your Profile and choose Delete Account. Your account and support history are removed. Deleting an account here doesn't affect the apps on your device.
